It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Nichols Mitchell of Bridgeville, Delaware, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos F. Nichols and Ethel E. Nichols of Bridgeville, Delaware.; her husband Earl W. Mitchell, Sr.; and her sisters, Anna Kelly and Louise Meiklejohn.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hopper (Gerry) of Millsboro, DE, Linda Stromer (Steve) of Georgetown, DE, Janet Bradley (Harold), Earl W. Mitchell, Jr. (Jeannie) of Rising Sun, MD and Benjamin R. Mitchell, II (Kristen) of Lewes, DE; and her cousin Joanne Hastings Lord of Linden, Tennessee.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
