He is survived by: his wife Cora Bowden; his daughter Miranda "Mandy" Barber (Joshua) of Seaford, DE; his stepson Bobby Bitler (Mel) of Bridgeville, DE; and his siblings, Alfred "Tommy" T. Bowden Jr. (Theresa) of Seaford, DE, James F. Bowden, Joseph B. Bowden (Diane), Patricia Key (Gene) of Laurel, DE and Michelle B. Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
