He is survived by: his wife Joan Hastings; his sons, Paul Brent Hastings (Susan) and Steven C. Hastings; his granddaughters, Brooke Evans, Nicole Lane and Riley Hastings; his great grandchildren, Mason Lane and Kaylee Lane; and his half-brother Richard Dodd. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
