She was predeceased by: her son Michael Warner; and her father Ormond Willoughby. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Warner; her grandsons, Jarrett and Nathan; her mother Shirley Willoughby; and her brothers, David, Gary, Harold, Robert and Mark Willoughby.
