She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Arthur and Gertrude Nenneman Waters; her husband Ronald Sipple; her siblings, Marie Hastings (William), Faye Arrowood (James), Helen Wakefield (William), Eugene Waters (Pauline), Harry Waters (Evelyn) and Albert Waters; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Hairgrove (Richard), Donald Sipple (Izetta) and Larry Sipple; and her son-in-law Michael Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Patterson and Michael Sipple (Patricia); her granddaughters, Stacey Patterson, Angela James (Robert), Kelly Edwards (Phillip) and Lauren Sipple (Ian Harvey); her great grandchildren, Drake, Bailey, Hawk, Owen and Emma; and her siblings-in-law, William Sipple (Joyce), Janet Morgan and Connie Sipple.
