He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Weaver and Gertrude Campbell Weaver Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Candace A. Jones Weaver; his children, Christina Ingerson (Jim) of Bradford, PA and Thomas Weaver (Kelly) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Broderick (Brittany), Ezekial (Krista) and Kelsey (Nick); his great grandchildren, Eli, Klaira, Holden and Hudson; and his brother James Weaver (Linda) of Jamestown.

In lieu of flowers, Ken asked that memorials may be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or the American Lung Association, http://www.lung.org. , two charities close to his heart.
