He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Niemiec and Hedwig Niemiec. He is survived by: his birth parents, Jan Janik and Wiktoria Bodziuch; his wife Pamela Niemiec of Bridgeville, DE; his son John David Niemiec of Bridgeville, DE; his brother-in-law Richard VanGelder (Leah) of Salisbury, MD; and his niece Alaina VanGelder of Wilmington, NC.
Being a proud brother of Phi Sigma (Epsilon) Kappa, John's family suggests, in lieu of flowers, a contribution in memory of John P.
