He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Callaway and Gladys Callaway; and his brother Robert Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Susan Callaway; his daughter Dr. Garan Callaway; his siblings, Ronald Callaway and Patricia Smith; his stepson James Shultie (Amy); and his grandchildren, Jake, Janet and Olivia Shultie. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
