She was predeceased by: her father Hilbert "Mose" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Gloria "Normae" Gardner (Beet) of Milton, Anna "Rosie" Thomas of Bridgeville, Christine "Crissy" White (Waldon) of Dover, Nadine "Deanie" Dutton (Robert) of Bridgeville, Delaware and Raymond "Sauce" Smith Jr. (Allison) of Bridgeville, Delaware; her siblings, Caledonia "Tiny" Hammond of Seaford, Erethia "Baby Sis" Smith of Seaford and Leon "Junior" Smith of Bridgeville, Delaware; and her siblings-in-law, Susie Perry of Dover, Donald Smack of Bridgeville, Michael Smack of Bridgeville, Delaware and Charles Worthy of Bridgeville, Delaware. She is also survived by grandchildren, which includes thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
