He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Kelly Sr. and Helen Ford Kelly of Hyattsville, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bullard; his daughters, Diane Kelly Hill of Alexandria, VA and Janet; his son-in-law Joe Creazzo of Wilmington, DE.; his sister Nancy Paré (Phil) of Raleigh, NC.; and his grandchildren, Kelly Anne Roman (Charles), Lucas Hill, Timothy Creazzo (Cathy), Carolina Hershey, Andrew Hill (Shadi) and Wendy Hill (Stefan). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Ed's memory to Our Lady of Lourdes, 528 E. Stein Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973.
