We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 88, Charles P. Kelly of Bridgeville, Delaware, born in Powellville, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles P. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Preston and Gladys Ruth Kelly (Collins); and his wife Rosalie Ryan Kelly. He is survived by: his sisters, Lois Mitchell of Delmar, DE, Sandra Mucho of Shady Spring, WV and Linda Kelly of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Mr. Kelly's memory to the Bridgeville Lions Club, P.O. Box 414, Bridgeville, DE 19933.
