He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willoughby and Anna Willoughby; his brothers, Stanley and Danny Willoughby; and his granddaughter Brittany McLoughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson Willoughby; his sons, Chuck Willoughby (Angie) and Bryan Willoughby; his brother Bruce Willoughby (Gail); his granddaughter Brooke Carpenter; his nephews, Rob Willoughby (Becky) and Michael Willoughby; his niece Michele Willoughby; his great-niece Lily Grace Willoughby; and his great-nephew Luke Evans Willoughby.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Union Methodist Church (2 N Laws St, Bridgeville, DE 19933). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bridgeville Cemetery North Laws (2 N Laws St, Bridgeville, DE 19933).
