She was predeceased by: her parents, Elkton Starr and Edna Gerhard (Taylor). She is survived by: her children, Edna Tucker of Greenwood, DE, Brenda Burton (Joe) of Bridgeville, DE, Carla Breck of Bridgeville, DE and Alverta "Butch" Tucker (Brenda) of Georgetown, DE.; and her brother Elkton S. Gerhard, Jr. of Grand Bay, AL.. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren; her 27 great grandchildren; her 7 great great grandchildren.
