With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anthony W. Nugent of Bridgeville, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anthony left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anthony touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane; his daughter Tara Blaine; his son-in-law James Blaine; and his grandson Dylan Blaine.
A committal service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Bridgeville Food Bank or a charity of your choice in Tony's name.
