She was predeceased by: her husband Roy E. Billings; her daughter Gail Jewell of Seaford, DE; and her sisters, Georgie and Elsie. She is survived by: her children, Alan L Billings (Sandy) of Seaford and Rhonda Williamson of Seaford. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
