We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2018, at the age of 78, William Bullock (Blackbird, Delaware), born in Dover, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, William L. and Freda H. Bullock; his wife Betty; and his children, Audrey M. Erschen (William) and William Bullock (Billy).
