He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard B. Vanderslice and Jennie ShilesVanderslice; and his brother Robert "Bob" Vanderslice. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Vanderslice; his sons, Patrick Vanderslice (Susan) and Donald Vanderslice; his grandchildren, Brendyn Vanderslice and Cade Vanderslice; his aunt MaryAnn Williams; and his nieces, Suzanne Glaspey and Julie Vanderslice-Schmidt.
