He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Caudill and Stella Caudill; and his siblings, Marie, Louise, Leona and James.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hardy Caudill; his children, Kim Maloney (Tom) and Carol Butler (Burt); his stepchildren, Lezlie Downes (Darrell), Kathie Sturgis and David Sturgis; and his sisters, Evelyn Clark and Betty Jo Bramlett. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, five step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
