He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Carroll, Sr. and Joan Redmond (Redmond); and his brothers, Charles Carroll and Christopher Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary B. Carroll; his children, Christian Carroll (Melanie), Colin Carroll, Charles Carroll (Liu), Colleen Davis (Anthony), William F. Carroll III, Daniel Carroll, Kelly McCandless (Tom) and Michael Carroll (Abigail); and his siblings, Patrick Carroll, Nancy Klem, Leo Carroll, James Carroll and Laura Rapposelli. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
