He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Goldberg and Kay Goldberg (Broselow). He is survived by: his wife Suellen M. Goldberg (McKinley); his sons, Mark D. Goldberg of Wilmington, DE and Douglas M. Goldberg (Ellen O'Hara) of Philadelphia, PA.; and his grandson Benjamin A. Goldberg of Newark, DE. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
