He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton "Bill" Werkheiser and Grace Werkheiser (Gannon); his wife Sheryl J. Werkheiser (Rubright); and his son Jeremy M. Werkheiser. He is survived by: his children, Justin T. Werkheiser (Shanelle) and Stephanie R. Bucceri (Joseph); his brother James Werkheiser (Susan); and his uncle Don Werkheiser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
