He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Bowers and Ronald E. Bowers Sr.; and his brother Ronald E. Bowers Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty B. Bowers; his sons, Robert W. Bowers Jr. and Bryan C. Bowers; his granddaughters, Brittany, Brenna and Meghan; and his siblings, Tom and Linda. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delaware Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
