He was predeceased by: his children, Angel Bowen and Randolph Bowen, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Wendi Bowen; and his sisters, Carlett Sweeney, Elizabeth Johnson, Shy Ali and Lynda Wright.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
