She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foran and Anne Wilders Foran; and her husband Joseph Kosman. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine McGarvey (Todd) of Springfield, PA and Mary Moon (Junshik); and her granddaughter Brigid McGarvey.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (454 Bow St, Elkton, MD 21921). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
