He is survived by: his wife Mary D. "DeDe" Dzielak (Reynolds); his daughter Stephanie; his brother Donald (Mary Pat Dzielak); his sister-in-law Susan Reynolds; and his pet Tanner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
