He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Spicer; his son James R. Spicer, Jr.; his father Erwin Spicer; and his brother Richard E. Spicer. He is survived by: his son Keith D. Spicer; and his brother Kenneth.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Daniels and Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
