He was predeceased by: his parents, Ana Carrasquillo and Ismael Garcia; and his brother Jose "Freddie" Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Rossana Garcia; his children, Fransheska Samuels, Erin Moran, Brianna Moran and Benjamin Moran; his grandchildren, Ariana, Lucas, Madyson and Lilith; and his brothers, Christian Concepcion (Alexandra) and Jose E. Valentine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
