He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leak, Sr. and Rufus Valentine; his daughter Regina Diane; and his siblings, Anderson Valentine, Allen Valentine, Henry, Marie Leak-Bigelow, Louise Valentine-DeBaptiste, O'Quinn Leak, Margaret Leak-Anderson and Frances Leak-Smith.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rosa Graves-Valentine; his children, Gloria Leak, Tijuana Dixon (Darrell), Patricia Rose, William Leak and Renee Booth (Wayne); his grandchildren, Cedric Gordon, LaShel Williams, Teon Lindsey, LaTaunya Hall, Oneika Stevenson, Darrell Dixon Jr., William Leak Jr., Shanta Holmes, Tomeka Sanders, Natasha Wilson and Marcell Jones Jr.; his daughter-in-law Denise Leak; and also Bernell "Bunky" Valentine. He is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren.
