He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Fanelli and Josephine Fanelli (Spadle); his brother John; and his sister-in-law Lucy. He is survived by: his niece Anita; and his friend Rehoboth Beach of Delaware.

Bill will be cremated and a Mass of Christian Burial and Services will be held in Ashland, PA at a later date due to the current health restrictions associated with COVID-19.
