He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Parker Sr. and Edith Jarmon-Johnson; his wife Kathryn Sabb-Parker; his stepfather Melvin Johnson; and his niece Michelle E. Johnson (Dee-Dee).
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald B. Johnson, Rose Harper and Dora Harper Thomas; his nephews, Ronald B. Johnson II (Joanne), Marcus Johnson and Charles Lytle (Donna); and his niece Carolyn Harvin. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGuire Funeral Home (7400 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20012). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
