Sylvia P. Mundy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 83, Sylvia P. Mundy (Washington, District of Columbia), born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellison V. Peppers, Sr. and, DC of Washington; her brother Ellison V. Peppers, Jr.; her husband Alonzo D. Mundy; her children, Traci Mundy Jenkins (James), Scott F. Mundy and Jill Pemberton (Dennis); and her granddaughters, Nina Pemberton, Jaelyn Jenkins and Natalie Pemberton. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private burial will be followed by a memorial service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund will be established in her name.
