She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Homer Brooks and Lucille Brooks; and her siblings, Edna Montez Wade and Marcus Homer Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Chet Evans of Winter Garden and Sharon T. Evans of Tucson, Arizona.; her grandchildren, Benjamin Evans and Jill Chase; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Zoe, Livie-Rose Evans, Brooke and Grant Chase.
