It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stanley Boyd Black in Washington, District of Columbia, born in Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Claytor Black and James T. Black. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Shelley Black Benton (Mark) and Ayanna Black Briggs (Tommie); his former spouse Eric Black (Danae); and his children, Evan, Joshua, Camryn, Parker, Nola and Toni.
