She was predeceased by: her father Samuel L. Adkins Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Ann Gantt; her husband Frederick Manley; her children, Brandon Adkins, Jonathan Adkins, Victoria Calhoun (Christopher), Anastaja Manley, Savannah Manley and Damian Manley; her grandchildren, Aniyah Adkins, Malik Adkins, Elijah Adkins, Xavier Johnson and Skye Manley-Chism; her siblings, Kenshaw Adkins (April), Kalvin Adkins, Landrick Adkins (Franca), Samantha Taylor (Brandon), Tyesha Yarbrough, Altonique Donaldson and Johnny Collins; her stepmother Eloise Adkins; and her uncles, Harold Gantt, Kenney Gantt Gantt (Maggie) and Lazarus Gantt (Shirley).

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Not About Me Ministries (3106 Branch Ave, Temple Hills, MD 20748). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (8401 Bladensburg Rd, Bladensburg, MD 20722).
