Robert B. Hill Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert B. Hill (Washington, District of Columbia), born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Robert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Paylor Hill; his children, Bernard Hill (Bonita Williams) and Renee Hill Robinson (Anthony); his grandson Braylon Williams-Hill; and his siblings, Marilyn Evans and Curtis Jr. Hill (Nellie). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart Funeral Home (4001 Benning Rd NE, Washington, DC 20019). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
