He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Watts, Sr. and Henrietta Watts (Finch); and his siblings, Benjamin Watts, David Watts, Clark Watts, Jr., James Watts, Booker Watts, Ernest Watts, Charles Watts, Marjorie Johnson, Dorothy Draper and Evelyn White.
He is survived by: his wife Arvis V. Watts (Allen) of Washington, DC; and his children, Robert Aaron Watts of Washington, DC and Allison Ann Watts of Washington, DC..
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (4915 St Barnabas Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
