It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald L Locke Sr. (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Cleophia Locke; his children, Belinda Reese (Richard) and Reginald L. Locke Jr.; and his siblings, Cynthia Moore, Patricia Harris (Elmer), Jacqueline Chappelle, Jonathan Roberts (Cheryl) and Quentin Roberts (Judy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
