Paula R. Deeble Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2025, at the age of 62, Paula R. Deeble (Washington, District of Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Paul Campbell Sr. and Jessie Kilgore Campbell; and her brother Henry Paul "Pete" Campbell Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Desmond Alexander Deeble and Nicholas Austin Deeble of Waldorf, MD; her husband Gilbert G. Deeble; her siblings, Bryant G. Campbell of Conyers, GA, Ronald "Ronnie" F. Campbell of Cheverly, MD, Alexis A. Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Derrick Thomas of Washington, DC, Sharon Saunders of Hyattsville, MD and William "Boog" Kilgore Jr. Paula; her father-in-law Stanley C. Deeble of Bronx, NY; her siblings-in-law, Cassandra Campbell of Laurens, SC, Sharon Campbell of Washington, DC, Ardelia Deeble of Bronx, NY, Celeste Deeble-Wilson of Copiague, NY and Aubrey Deeble of Queens, NY; her aunts, Ophelia Thomas (Kilgore) of Washington, DC and Ollie; and her sister Kilgore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the East Washington Heights Baptist Church (2220 Branch Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
