He is survived by: his wife Lizanne Kelley (Dinoto); his daughters, Tara Pedersen (Arthur) and Lara Swanson (Erik); his grandchildren, Shana Hallissey (Sean), Connor Pedersen (Maddie Gilliam), Grace Swanson, Lydia Pedersen, Luke Pedersen, John Pedersen and Susannah Pedersen; his great grandchildren, Killian and Adeline Hallissey; and his brothers, Michael Kelley (Susan), Timothy Kelley (Linda Morgan) and Kevin Kelley. He is also survived by cousins and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Saint Matthew the Apostle (1725 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036).
