Patricia Ann Coan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Coan (Washington, District of Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband James M. Coan (Max); her sons, Jeffrey Coan (Victoria) and Troy Coan (Shanna); her grandchildren, Brittany Williams, Brandon Hale, Jeffrey Coan Jr., Troy Coan and Aiden Coan; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kenneth and Carter Williams; her sisters, Linda Alston (Frank), Pamela Ashton, Catherine Denise Daniels and Edith Anita Pyles; her aunt Mae Bell; her cousin Gloria Leonard; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Coan (LaRue), Sharron Owens and Shirley Wright. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Baptist Church (1200 Mercantile Ln, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
