She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Hall and Beatrice Ervin Hall; her grandparents, Fannie Edens Ervin, Samuel Prater Ervin, Rachel Cole Hall and Elijah Hall; her great-grandparents, Samuel Green Ervin, Martha Gray Ervin, Isaac H. Hall and Nancie Osborn Cole Hall; and her siblings, Bernice Gatlin Bates, Lemual and Robert Earl Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Murphy (Francis Xavier); her children, Sharon Murphy Dodd of Oklahoma and Robert Murphy of Virginia; her grandsons, Morgan Dodd (Nicole) and Daniel Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Rafferty Dodd and Clementine Louise Dodd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
