We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 77, Meredith Rahilly Howell of Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Meredith Rahilly departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Meredith Rahilly may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Meredith Rahilly leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howell and Patricia Howell. She is survived by: her siblings, Patrick Howell, Robert Howell, Catherine Riordan and Melanie Bninski. She is also survived by six nephews and nieces, and seven great-nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church (3810 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rock Creek Cemetery (201 Allison St NW, Washington, DC 20011).
