She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary L. Chase and Leroy Chase Sr.; and her brothers, Leroy Chase Jr. and Steven Chase. She is survived by: her friend Redskins of Washington; her siblings, Alvin, Cynthia Chase, Sharon Chase-Moody (Anthony), Melody Banks (Tracy), Charles Chase, Gary Chase (Alvin Chase) and Laurie Ward (Elaine Ward); and her friend Pamela Pendleton. She is also survived by sister role and assisted Mama in raising her siblings.
