He is survived by: his sister Ky Thi Pham of Hai Duong; his wife Vinh Hoang of Washington, DC; his children, Chi-Anh (Long Ha) of Frederick, Anh-Ngan (Bang Do) of Hingham, MA, Ngan-Tam (Dan Hollister), Nam and Tam-Chinh (Scott Scholz) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Minh, Anh Chi, Tam Uyen, Dan Anh, Olivia and Anabelle.
