He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph Kinsey, Earl Kinsey, Donald Kinsey, Sears Kinsey, Joseph Kinsey and Lillie Mae Whitehead.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Kinsey of Trenton, NC, Doris Chapman of Calverton, VA and John Kinsey of Charlotte, NC; and his caregiver Otelia Simon of Bowie, MD.
