He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ed and Gevena Willis. He is survived by: his siblings, John D Willis, Otis Willis, Mary Willis and Denise Willis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
The lying in state was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart Funeral Home (4001 Benning Rd NE, Washington, DC 20019). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
