He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore F. Sufka and Geraldine "Dolly" (Coenen); and his brothers, Theodore "Teddy", Jerome "Omie", Joseph "Joey" and Andrew "Andy".
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tattle; and his friend Chuck Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
