He was predeceased by: his parents, William Combs and Marie Combs; his wife Carolyn Marie Combs; and his sister Norma Pritchard. He is survived by: his son Brian W. Combs of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Amber Combs and Owen Combs; and his niece Tina Brady of Havre de Grace, MD..
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeVol Funeral Home - Washington (2222 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007).
