He is survived by: his wife Marlene Herbert; his daughter Katrina M. Herbert; his grandchildren, Brittany Herbert-Wells (Carlos) and Courtney Herbert; his great grandchildren, Khalil Wells, Cheyenne Wells and Cali Wells; his sisters, Delores Herbert and Bernadette Catten; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Herbert, Delores Heyward, Erma Brown, Virginia Holman and Emmanuel Holman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 4308 Suitland Rd, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
