He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Caldwell and Louise Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Debra Henry-Caldwell; his brother George Arthur Caldwell; and his children, Eric Caldwell (Jessica), LaShanne Proctor and LaSean Hall. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
